Transactions not classified by government agencies based on the ease of doing business law should be processed within three working days, the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) said.
Government agencies should be able to classify transactions as mandated by Republic Act (RA) 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery (EOBD-EGSD) Act of 2018, Ernesto Perez, ARTA officer-in-charge director general, said in a recent press briefing.
