Gotianun-led Filinvest Development Corp.’s shares have been surging due to positive developments in the bidding for the Clark International Airport operations and maintenance (O&M) contract.
Last week, state-run Bases Conversion and Development Authority awarded the North Luzon Airport Consortium (NLAC) — composed of Filinvest, JG Summit Holdings, Inc., Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions, Inc. and Changi Airport Philippines — a 25-year O&M deal.
