THE motive behind the grenade-throwing incident at the house of a judge, not a lawyer, as posted, in Cotabato City late Sunday night was "something personal" and had nothing to do with the plebiscite on the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL), Philippine National Police (PNP) Director General Oscar Albayalde said on Monday.
Albayalde said that if it was meant to be related to the plebiscite, the attackers would have thrown the grenades outside the residence of Judge Angelito Rasalan to scare other people.
