AYALA Land Inc. (ALI) plans to turn 200 hectares of land in Central Luzon into an industrial park that would primarily cater to Chinese manufacturing companies.

Ayala Land President Bernard Vincent Dy told reporters on the sidelines of parent firm Ayala Corp.’s annual stockholders’ meeting in Makati City last Friday that the listed property developer was in advanced talks with landowners on the matter.
