THE ban against contractualization will soon become law once President Rodrigo Duterte affixes his signature to the Senate bill, which the House of Representatives formally adopted on Tuesday.
The House adoption of Senate Bill (SB) 1826 or the proposed Security of Tenure Act, which the senators approved on third and final reading, eliminated the need to convene for a bicameral conference committee.
