Former President Benigno Aquino 3rd and other former officials are not yet off the hook regarding cases involving the anti-dengue vaccine dengvaxia, Malacañang said on Sunday.
Sen. Richard Gordon earlier said the Department of Justice should also indict Aquino, former Budget Secretary Florencio Abad, along with former Health secretary Janet Garin over the vaccine mess.
