SEN. Paolo Benigno “Bam” Aquino 4th on Monday urged the government to keep the market open to more telecommunications companies (telcos) to give the public a better choice for quality and affordable internet connection.
The senator issued the statement with the impending entry of the Mindanao Islamic Telephone Co. (Mislatel) as the third telco.
