CAMP O’DONNELL, Capas, Tarlac: The Philippine Army (PA) activated its rapid deployable unit with the right force-mix to any area that is focused on countering terrorism and insurgency.
In a statement, Lt. Gen. Macairog Alberto, PA commander, said that as contingency force, the team would provide operational flexibility and would be the decisive force in times of crisis or armed conflict situations.
