THE Sandiganbayan Fifth Division deferred the release of the arrest warrant against Ilocos Norte Rep. Imelda Marcos after her lawyer filed a motion seeking permission to avail of post-conviction remedies and deferment of the issuance of the warrant, according to Sandiganbayan Presiding Justice Amparo Cabotaje-Tang.
