House Speaker Gloria Macapagal Arroyo took her “final sentimental journey” to revisit roll-on, roll-off (RoRo) projects in Cebu a few weeks before she retires from public office.
On Monday, Arroyo visited Taloot Port in Argao and Liloan Port in Santander. The ports were built under her administration.
