THE Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) has approved Ayala Healthcare Holdings Inc.’s (AHHI) acquisition of shares in Negros Grace Pharmacy Inc. (Negros Grace).
In a statement on Monday, the state-run antitrust watchdog said 75 percent of the regional drugstore company’s outstanding capital stock was acquired from Jasminum Corp., which retained the remaining 25 percent. As a result, Negros Grace will have an authorized capital stock of P100 million.
