Police authorities have arrested eight suspects in the bomb attack in Lamitan City, Basilan on July 31.
Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Director General Oscar Albayalde identified the eight suspects as Musa Jallaha, Hadji Hurang, Nsir Nuruddin, Al Basir Ahmad, Abdurahim Lijal, Ammar Indama, Julamin Arundoh, and Saad Tedie.
