ACTS-OFW Rep. Aniceto “John” Bertiz 3rd on Wednesday was a no-show at the special meeting of the Committee on Ethics and Privileges at the House of Representatives, which he himself requested.
Minority Leader Danilo Suarez said in a news briefing that Bertiz has been confined in a hospital since Tuesday, the same day that he filed House Resolution 2212 to direct the ethics committee to investigate the incident involving his alleged breach of security protocol at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAAIA) Terminal 2 over the weekend.
