BLOGGER Andrew "Drew Olivar", initially known for his controversial video about federalism, will face charges for posting bomb rumors on his social media account, according to Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Oscar Albayalde on Monday morning.
Albayalde's statement comes after Director Guillermo Eleazar of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO), told reporters on September 22 that there would first be an investigation on whether Presidential Decree (PD) 1727 or the Anti-Bomb Joke Law was violated.
