TAGOLO-AN, Misamis Oriental: The Bureau of Customs (BoC) in the subport of Tagolo-an recommended the filing of charges against the consignee of the seized waste cargoes shipped from Australia, which were unloaded on May 10 at the Phividec Industrial Estate in Misamis Oriental.
John Simon, head of the subport customs collector at the Mindanao International Container Terminal (MICT), said he has recommended the warrant of seizure and detention (WSD) of cargoes pending result of the ongoing probe by an interagency group.
