CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan: Operatives of the Counter-Intelligence Task Force (CITF) of the Philippine National Police in Camp Crame in Quezon City, Police Regional Office 3, Highway Patrol Group-Regional Office 3 and Bulacan PNP arrested the Bocaue Police chief for alleged robbery-extortion and car theft in an entrapment conducted at dawn on Saturday.
PNP-CITF Director Sr. Supt. Romeo Caramat Jr. identified the suspect as Police Supt. Jowen de la Cruz, chief of the Bocaue Police that operates from Barangay Poblacion in Bocaue, Bulacan, north of Manila.
