THE stock market rose for a second day on Monday, joining other Asian markets as investors were said to be heartened by expectations that key interest rates would remain unchanged.
The benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) rose by 0.96 percent or 74.74 points to close at 7,873.02.
