A MAN is now in jail for beating his teen-aged neighbor who was lighting a candle in front of his house in San Juan City on All Saints’ Day on Thursday, police said.
Alfred Pamintuan, alias Tampopo, 22, a security guard at 1 Goco St., Lower Bicutan, Taguig City, is facing charges of physical injury in relation to Republic Act 7610 or the Anti-Child Abuse Law, according to a report submitted to Senior Supt. Dindo Reyes, San Juan City police chief.
