TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan: The Department of Agriculture (DA) in Cagayan Valley (Region 2) has awarded certificates to organic practitioners after they complied with the standards set by the Organic Certification Center of the Philippines (OCCP).
Narciso Edillo, DA Cagayan Valley executive director, handed the certificates from the OCCP to organic farming practitioners in the region.
