A CALL center agent was arrested on Friday for credit card fraud and extortion, Manila police said.
The Police Intelligence and Operation Unit, led by Chief Inspector Rosalino Ibay, conducted an entrapment operation along Yakal Street, Tondo to capture the Kyle Cedrick Villa, 29, who works at a major business processing outsourcing (BPO) company, after receiving a complaint from his victim identified as Helen Afuang, 58.
