Interior Secretary Eduardo Año on Monday urged all city and municipal mayors to revoke the business permits of the Surigao del Sur KAPA Community Ministry International Inc., following the directive of President Rodrigo Duterte to order its shut it down over alleged investment scams.
The revocation and cancellation of the permits would be to prevent the public “from being duped into investing their hard-earned money into an apparently fraudulent investment scheme,” Año said.
