COMMISSION on Elections (COMELEC) Commissioner Rowena Guanzon has tagged disqualified Duterte Youth party-list top nominee Ronald Cardema an “overaged liar” and challenged him to identify the lawmaker to whom he gave the P2-million “bribe” for the poll official.
