CARDINAL Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle was reelected president of Caritas Internationalis, a confederation of Catholic charities around the world.
The new four-year mandate was given to Tagle during the confederation's 21st General Assembly in Rome on May 24 that brought together some 450 representatives of the confederation formed by 165 organizations.
