CEBU CITY: A huge blaze hit a residential area, destroying at least 350 houses and establishments in an interior portion of Barangay Tipolo, Mandaue City early dawn on Thursday.
Fire Officer 1 Charles Rogel Mutia of the Mandaue City Fire Station (MCFS) said they received the fire alarm at 1:18 a.m., which was raised to Task Force Bravo at 2:34 a.m.
