Centro Escolar University’s (CEU) defense proved to be airtight, as it repulsed Valencia City Bukidnon-San Sebastian College, 71-65, for the top spot in their group in the 2019 Philippine Basketball Association Developmental League (PBA D-League) on Tuesday at the Paco Arena in Manila.
The Scorpions held the Golden Harvest scoreless in the last 2:41 of the game to emerge as solo leader in the Foundation Group with a pristine 4-0 record.
