The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) — the principal government agency for raising and providing funds for health programs, medical assistance and services, and charities of national character — officially welcomed its new general manager (GM), Royina Marzan Garma, in ceremonies held at the PCSO Lobby, Conservatory Building, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City on July 15.
