LISTED Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure Holdings Corp. has secured original proponent status (OPS) for its unsolicited proposal to rehabilitate and modernize Sasa Port in Davao City from the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA).

In a disclosure on Friday, the Dennis Uy-led company said the OPS “was contained in the Certificate of Successful Negotiation, dated 19 August 2019” after the project’s scope and details were negotiated “in accordance with the Revised Guidelines and Procedures for Entering into Joint Venture Agreements between Government and Private Entities….”
