CHELSEA Logistics Holdings Corp. (CLC) plans to raise as much as P7 billion via the issuance of bonds or commercial papers to fund capital expenditures this year.

CLC Vice-President for Finance Ignacia Braga 4th told reporters last week that debt issuance was the alternative after the firm deferred a P5-billion preferred shares offering.
