LISTED Chelsea Logistics Holdings Corp. said on Wednesday the Philippine Competition Commission would no longer take further action on its acquisition of Trans-Asia Shipping Lines, Inc. in 2016.
In a disclosure, the Dennis Uy-led shipping company said the antitrust body’s January 11 decision not to act further on the firm’s purchase of 2 million Trans-Asia shares came after it had submitted to the state-run agency the conditions for the transaction.
