THE controversial police officer who led the raid that resulted in the death of Ozamiz mayor Reynaldo Parojinog Sr. two years ago, is back in the city on orders of President Rodrigo Duterte.
The Philippine National Police-Directorate for Personnel and Records Management implemented the reassignment of Chief Insp. Jovie Espenido to Misamis Oriental in Northern Mindanao effective today, Thursday.
