SUPREME Court Justice Teresita Leonardo-de Castro on Tuesday formally took over as the top magistrate of the Supreme Court and urged everyone to “move on and work together for the good of the judiciary.”

"Let's put the past behind us, but off course we should not forget the lessons that we learned in the history of the judiciary," de Castro told a news briefing at noon, hours after she took her oath before her colleagues.
