Armed Forces chief Carlito Galvez Jr. on Monday ruled out the inclusion of civilians in the formation of a death squad against the New People’s Army’s (NPA) “Sparrow” units.
“Let’s not involve the civilians. It’s more on the military and the police,” Galvez told reporters in a chance interview after the flag-raising ceremony at Camp Aguinaldo, the military’s headquarters in Quezon City.
