THE powerful Commission on Appointments (CA) on Wednesday approved the interim appointment of Teodoro Locsin Jr., as secretary of Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
Sen. Gregorio “Gringo” Honasan 2nd recommended to the plenary the confirmation of Locsin Jr. as DFA secretary, as well as the promotion of 47 other senior DFA officials after his nomination was approved at the committee level.
