No matter how hard I try, I find it difficult to embrace the homily of Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) Chairman Wilma Eisma on “good governance,” among her other platitudes. Going through the documents in my possession exposing the corruption in SBMA gives me pause. Still, it would please me no end to be proven wrong.
