THE Sandiganbayan Seventh Division gave Muntinlupa City Rep. Rozzano Rufino "Ruffy" Biazon permission to travel to Washington D.C., and Virginia from November 10 to 18.
The defense filed a motion asking the court's permission to let Biazon travel abroad, saying that the purpose of the trip "is to participate in the Counter Terrorism and Electronic Surveillance Study Tour for Philippine Officials in his capacity as the Chairman of the Technical Working Group of the House [of Representatives] Committee on Public and Order and Safety."
