A REGIONAL Trial Court (RTC) in General Santos has dismissed KAPA-Community Ministry International Inc.’s petition for injunction against the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The SEC has filed criminal complaints against KAPA over its unauthorized solicitation of funds from approximately 5 million members.
