THE Sandiganbayan’s Sixth Division sustained its ruling denying the motions filed by a former mayor of Poro, Cebu; North Cotabato’s second district representative; and several others seeking the dismissal of the graft and two malversation cases they are facing in connection with nearly P5 million in fertilizers purchases.
In a 10-page resolution, the court denied the motions for reconsideration filed by Edgar Rama former mayor of Poro, Cebu; Rep. Nancy Catamco, of North Cotabato; and Pompey Perez.
