THE Bureau of Customs (BoC) is looking into the legality of donating more than 800 second hand vehicles which are now rotting at the Cagayan Special Economic and Freeport Zone in Sta. Ana town in Cagayan province.
Commissioner Rey Leonardo Guerrero disclosed on Wednesday the creation of a legal team which would review the planned donation of said vehicles to various government agencies that include the Philippine National Police (PNP), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) and local government units (LGUs).
