D.M. Wenceslao & Associates Inc. saw its net income attributable to shareholders in the first half of the year increase by 17 percent to P1.1 billion from P970 million in the same period last year on the back of its strong residential business.

In a disclosure on Wednesday, the listed property company reported that its revenues rose by 17 percent to P1.26 billion in January to June from P1.20 billion reported year-on-year, with the growth primarily driven by the strong contribution of the residential segment.
