The Department of Agriculture (DA) said it would provide P20-million easy access credit to a farmers’ group in Bukidnon which would be used to buy vegetables from the province for delivery to Metro Manila markets.
Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel Piñol said the DA, through the Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC), would facilitate the release of the P20-million capitalization, which the Talakag Farmers Association could use in buying the local produce in the province.
