DATALAND Inc. is expanding its portfolio with the planned development of a 2.3-hectare area within the 177-ha Clark Global City in Pampanga province.
In a statement on Wednesday, the real-estate company said it had inked a deal with Dennis Uy-led Global Gateway Development Corp. (GGDC) on leasing that space, where it plans to build an office building, dormitel and hotel.
