THE Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has entered into a partnership exchange with the US-based National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (Naruc) which covers the natural gas program of the Philippines.
In a recent statement, the ERC said the partnership exchange shall support the regulator in establishing regulatory framework governing the Philippines’ downstream natural gas sector as well as procedures for expediting review and approval processes of power supply agreements (PSAs).
