THE Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) again ordered the closure of 10 establishments in Boracay, mostly owned by Chinese and Koreans, that are still operating without necessary permits.

The Boracay Inter-agency Task Force (BIATF) inspected the establishments and, through the Malay local government unit, closed the 10 establishments, namely Bella’s Bar and Restaurant, Old Captain Cuisine, Ken Minimart, Ken St., Island Staff Restaurant, Coco Spa, Kim Ji Man, W Hostel Boracay Dragon, VIP Souvenir Shop and YH World Network Service Inc.
