Britain’s Vodafone Group Plc is exploring the possibility of entering the Philippines’ “duopolistic” telco market, a Cabinet official said on Wednesday.
“While I was in UK, I was able to meet various members of British business, education and government sectors in hopes of securing investments and partnerships for the Philippines,” Budget Secretary Benjamin Diokno told reporters.
