MONDAY marks DM Wenceslao and Associates Inc.’s first year as a publicly listed company, yet its share price barely grew in the last 12 months.

The construction and property company saw its share price plunge by 18.75 percent to P9.75 each last Friday from its IPO price of P12 apiece. It also took almost a year before the firm stayed above the P12 level, which it experienced from April 1 to 4.
