At the recent celebration of the Land Transportation Office’s (LTO) 107th Founding Anniversary on May 6-10, various car and truck companies displayed their vehicles at the LTO grounds as one of the highlights of the festivities in an event it dubbed “The LTO Motor Show.”

Most of the vehicles exhibited were modern public utility vehicle (PUV) to showcase the vehicle industry’s capability to provide the vehicles solution to the Department of Transportation’s PUV Modernization Program (PUVMP). Exhibitors put on display their modern PUV units powered by either a Euro 4 diesel engine or an electric motor.
