ILOILO CITY: Dumaguete City’s archery prodigy Naina Dominique Tagle won her seventh gold medal—the most so far by an individual athlete in the Batang Pinoy 2019 Visayas Qualifying Leg— after ruling the Olympic round on Thursday at the Western Visayas State University Field here.
Tagle, 10, beat Cebu City’s Densil Shane Dinopol, 7-1, in the gold medal match of the Olympic round for a sweet sweep of all her seven events in the cub girls category.
