PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte appointed new heads of the National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC) and Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP), Malacañang announced on Tuesday.
In a press conference, Palace spokesman Salvador Panelo announced that Duterte signed on October 31 the appointment papers of Noel Kinazo Felongco as NAPC lead convenor and Alvin San Juan Feliciano as PCUP chair.
