PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte appointed 19 new judges in Northern Luzon and transmitted their names to the Supreme Court (SC) and the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC).
Duterte’s appointees are contained in a transmittal letter by Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea to the Office of Chief Justice Lucas Bersamin, dated January 14, 2019, a copy of which was released to media on Friday.
