PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has appointed four new Philippine ambassadors to countries in the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
Duterte nominated Philippine Ambassador to South Korea Raul Hernandez as the new ambassador to Turkey, with concurrent jurisdiction over Georgia and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
